The trailing drawdown is based on the amount of the initial account balance and cannot exceed 6% of the initial account balance. It increases when the trading balance is positive but does not decrease when the trading balance is negative. That means that if you increase your profit by $1.00, then your trailing drawdown will also rise by $1.00. If the trailing drawdown reaches the initial account balance, it gets locked there and does not move further.
